Ordering
How long does it take for an order to ship?
Orders ship within 7 -14 business days, though we do try to get them out sooner when possible.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, we offer priority mail which is our upgraded shipping method.
Do you offer Military + First Responder Discount?
We absolutely do! Fill out the GovX questionnaire at the bottom of our checkout screen to receive a 20% discount!
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Absolutely! Here at Ruff N' Fluff, our number one goal is customer satisfaction and we wholeheartedly stand behind our products.
If you are unhappy with any products for any reason, they can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. We go off of transit tracking. Items must not be worn.
To exchange a size simply let us know via email at ruffnfluffshop@gmail.com or you can reach out using the chat bar below!
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
